What You'll Do:
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly phrases like "Irashemasee," "Gladly," and "Arigato"-always and without exception.
- Ensure the dining and to-go areas are neat, clean, and organized according to Kumori standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests.
- Accurately process transactions using the cash register while maintaining control over the drawer.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety in the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are accurate and delivered efficiently.
- Always embody a cheerful, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
What We're Looking For:
- Energetic, friendly, and cheerful individuals who value teamwork and helping others.
- A positive attitude with the ability to create connections with guests through eye contact and friendly conversations.
- Dependability and readiness to engage with guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for several hours at a time.
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently.
